Here is a free and easy-to-read and easy-to-perform home test to check your body for a candida infection:
In the morning, just when you awake, before you get to eat or drink anything, work up some salive and put it into a glas of clear water. Wait for about 15 minutes-half an hour, and look throught the glass.

There is a strong possibility you may have a candida concern when:

1. There are strins coming down from your ssaliva
2. Water becomes cloudy
3. Saliva sinks to the bottom of the glass
